My husband got a Ford Focus 2014 in 2015 he did not know it had a decall and now we are struggling with the car because we've been taking it to the dealership at least 4 times to get the recall "fix" and nothing has happened, we've taken it to different dealership and it's the same thing. Now they're saying our transmission doesn't work and we need to replace it for 8,000 which we don't have and obviously the car isn't even worth that much anyway... super disappointed we now have to get a car and for sure never ever will we get another ford again or recommend it to any family or friend ever!
